GPS would not start up

Nokia E71 model with latest client. When I fire up the client, the GPS does not seem to start to work. I wait like 5 minutes and nothing. My workaround is to put the client in the background, go to the cellphone's own GPS subsystem and start it. Then I close that app, go back to the running Woophoo client and voilá - I have GPS signal.
